Q1. How long have you been having symptoms of anal prolapse?

From about 4 years ago.

Q2. What do you this is the cause of anal prolapse?

Because it is constipation, I think it is caused by repeatedly shitting on the toilet for a long time and straining to defecate.

Q3. Have you ever got a treatment for it at a hospital?

No I haven’t.
Although it becomes painful at the time of anal prolapse and stressful because it makes it harder for me to move, because it will get healed after resting for nearly an hour, I don’t feel it as a serious condition. That is why I haven’t been to the hospital.

Q4. Please describe the impression of the devic

I wear it while working at my desk and I no longer find the internal haemorrhoid coming out of the anus at the end of work. There was no stress caused by pain.
There is some discomfort during insertion, but you will get used to it. But I’m a little worried whether it will not come out from the anus or not.

Q5. Would you like to use this product on a continuous basis?

I would like to because the frequency of anal prolapse has decreased.

Q6. Do you think that this device is effective for anal prolapse?

As I actually used it, the frequency of anal prolapse has decreased.
The internal haemorrhoid used to come out a lot during defecation, but it didn’t come out around the third day since I started using the device. So I think it is effective.

■User review

I thought that the shape and hardness is better than the previous one.
It seems that it is easier to insert the device compared to the previous one, maybe because it is now softer.
It could also be that because it was a sample item and had a rough surface, the lubricant stayed well on the rough surface and made the insertion easier.

I had a little anxiety because there is no cord with the improved version, but I used to feel the cord was a little obstructive as I didn’t really experience of the previous version to come out of the anus.
With no code, I think the improved version has slimmed down.

Sometimes the device comes out, but only when you put excess strain, for example, when I open my legs too widely apart, plant my feel firmly on the floor, or run as fast as I can.
It has no choice but to come out under such circumstances.
I think the user just needs to be careful.

I have been concerned about the amount of the lubricant at the time of use.
It feels like the device will come out if you put too much lubricant. Also I felt uncomfortable when I get the lubricant on my underwear.
But it is difficult because there are times when it gets painful when inserting the device using less lubricant.
You can tell how much lubricant you should apply once you get used to it, but you might be a bit puzzled at the beginning especially when each person has different symptoms.

There is definitely an effect in terms of improving anal prolapse.
The internal haemorrhoid is less likely to come out as you continue to use it.
The frequency of anal prolapse after defecation decreased.
Also I believe that even when the internal haemorrhoid comes out, it now quickly returns inside.

Q1. How long have you been having symptoms of anal prolapse?

From about 20 years ago.

Q2. What do you this is the cause of anal prolapse?

My job involves standing all days and sometimes I crouch down. Because I slouch down a lot during work, it must have caused a burden on the vein around the anus.
I often experience both diarrhoea and constipation, so the mucous membranes are easily damaged and I think that is causing bleeding and swelling.

Q3. Have you ever got a treatment for it at a hospital?

Yes.
I visit a local gastroenterological clinic once a month.
I get prescribed Posterisan ointment and apply it every day after defecation.
When there is bleeding or swelling due to constipation or diarrhoea, I put the ointment into the anus and symptoms are relieved in 2 to 3 days. Normally there is no pain and only anal prolapse at the time of defecation.
Treatment expenses is 2,000 to 3,000 yen (patients pay 30% of the total) including gastrointestinal medicine.

Q4. Please describe the impression of the device.

It became easier for anal prolapse to return inside after defecation. Due to the reduction of swelling, the pain caused when the rectum is returning has also disappeared.
The internal haemorrhoid used to come out of the anus sometimes because I slouch down during work, but no anal prolapse occurs while De-nice is inside.
Also, there was never bleeding while I was using the device.

Depending on the posture, there was a feeling that the device could slip out slightly (it didn’t actually come out). The device returns inside if you press it gently with your finger, but a sense of uneasiness remained.
There was a slight pain when I inserted it immediately after having diarrhoea.
Sometimes I felt uneasy around the anus while having the device inside.

Q5. Would you like to use this product on a continuous basis?

Treatment with medication reduces pain but does not improve the condition. I think that this device is effective as a treatment option other than surgery.
As you will not experience anal prolapse while the device is inside, we can expect to relieve symptoms by continuous use

Q6. Do you think that this device is effective for anal prolapse?

I think it is effective.
I never experienced anal prolapse while wearing the device, so I was relieved from the pain of incarceration and I was comfortable. Even if curing it is difficult, I think that it is possible to reduce symptoms.
Currently, treatment available other than surgery is symptomatic treatment, but I felt the device is an effective treatment method without using medication.

■User review

The impression of the sample device the first time I saw it was that the insertion part was slightly bigger than the previous sample, so I wondered if it would be painful when inserted into the anus, and was concerned whether the T-shaped part is placed between the buttocks is uncomfortable or not.

In the morning after defecation, I applied the lubricant on the insertion part and inserted it slowly. Because I was anxious, it didn’t go in smoothly even when I pushed it and I also felt a slight pain. So I pulled it out, applied the lubricant on the anus and tried to insert it again. This time, there was not much resistance and no pain, and it went in smoothly up to the stopper. I wiped the lubricant around the anus and wore the underwear. The pain and uneasiness feeling are not so strong as I thought.

I walked slowly, also tried squatting slowly, but the device didn’t seem to come out. There was no problem when going up and down the stairs, and I gradually got used to it while moving around. Although there is a feeling that something is inside the anus and I could feel the stopper touching the skin, which is a little uneasy, there was no pain.
When I got on a bicycle for about 10 minutes to commute, the stopper of the device hit the saddle and I felt a slight pain in the perineum when I pedalled strongly.
While standing up and sitting down during work, there was no anxiety feeling of the device coming out, no pain and I had no problem. However, it came out a little bit when I squat down. When I push the area around the anus with the heel of my foot, the device went back into the anus. After that, there was some discomfort depending on the movement of the body, but I could use it comfortably for the whole day and even forgot that I was using it while I was concentrating on the work.
I took it out before taking a bath in the evening, washed it with detergent, then disinfected with ethanol before reusing it.

A few days later, as well as on the first day, I applied a gel to the anus after defecation in the morning and inserted the device. Maybe because I got used to it a little, I was a bit reluctant at the beginning but the device went in smoothly and there was no pain.
Even when I was doing deskwork for a long time, there was no problem besides a feeling of uneasiness in the perineum when I crossed my legs.
When I felt bowel movement in the evening, I took out the device and put it back in again -I felt a bit annoying. It seems that it will not be a problem if you get used to it, it may be a bit tough when you are outside.
As I sneezed, it felt like the device was coming out so I quickly hold it with my fingers. It was the same for farting but the device didn’t come out.
Also, when sitting down on the toilet during urination, it seems like the device is likely to come out of the anus because you strain yourself a bit, but by urinating while holding the device down prevented the device to come out.

You are more likely to feel uneasiness in the anus and around the coccyx when sitting on the sofa than from the office chair and dining chair.

I tried using it while I was asleep. Although there was a slight sense of uneasiness around the anus until I fell asleep, but the device didn’t come out of the anus until when I woke up. I felt somewhat oppressed inside the coccyx when sleeping facing up and in the anus when sleep on my side, but it didn’t disturb my sleep.

With regard to the sample device, there was no pain even when I used it for a long time and it never came out of the anus.
If there is bleeding or swelling in the anus, there is a slight pain when inserting the device, but you will soon not feel the pain.
Also, I had no problem using the device while walking and jogging lightly.

The best thing was that the sense of security that it is hard to come out of the anus and the effect that prevents anal prolapse. The uncomfortable feeling due to postures and movements may be reduced if the part of the device that goes into the anus and the stopper are a slightly smaller, but we don’t want it to be easily come out. I felt strongly that it would be something that I would like to use for a long time if you could moderately improve that point.
I appreciate that I was able to be comfortable without having to experience anal prolapse during the trial period.

Q1. How long have you been having symptoms of anal prolapse?

From 7 years ago.

Q2. What do you this is the cause of anal prolapse?

Childbirth

Q3. Have you ever got a treatment for it at a hospital?

No
I don’t have time and also embarrassed to go to the hospital.

Q4. Please describe the impression of the device.

Since it came with the lubricant, I was able to insert it smoothly without pain.
I can’t use it when I’m wearing tight trousers as they show bodylines.

Q5. Would you like to use this product on a continuous basis?

I don’t want to use it
I’m standing all the time at work and I’m tired of standing while tightening the anus.
I hesitate to use it because I’m concerned about how the trousers looks from the back.

Q6. Do you think that this device is effective for anal prolapse?

Yes (reason): I think that the product itself is much better than the previous one.
There is no more string.
There was no discomfort even when I was pulling it out, so it was very comfortable to use.

■User review

The device is smooth and it comes with a lubricant, so I able to insert it smoothly with out pain. Sitting down with the device in the anus was no problem; I was only concerned about the unevenness around the buttocks. But I had to strain the anus while standing up otherwise I felt uncomfortable, and I found it difficult to walk until I got used to it because I felt like it was coming out from the anus.
There was no problem with the device placed in the anus unless I exercised excessively.
However, I couldn’t wear tight trousers because it would show through the lines.
I just had to pull the device out straight when removing it, so it was good that my hand didn’t get dirty.

Q1. How long have you been having symptoms of anal prolapse?

From 4 years ago

Q2. What do you this is the cause of anal prolapse?

I think it is because of hemorrhoid

Q3. Have you ever got a treatment for it at a hospital?

No
To be honest it's embarrassing.
Also I don’t think really know whether symptoms are that serious that I need to go to hospital, so it is the fact that I have been leaving it as it is.

Q4. Please describe the impression of the device.

It feels stable while wearing the device and is pushing back anal prolapse more strongly than the previous product.
However, I experienced anal prolapse when I pulled the devise out. Is it a side effect of the strong hold power? If you continue to use the product, you may not experience anal prolapse with symptomatic improvement and you will be able to feel the improvement of the symptoms?

Q5. Would you like to use this product on a continuous basis?

I would like to.
It is good that the rectum will return inside. I feel the sense of stability has increased more than the previous product.
If this is the case, I don’t think the device will come out of the anus that easily.

I would like not to use it.
I think the biggest bottleneck is that it requires great care.
It is necessary to look for a toilet where I can wash the device at the time of defecation. If I’m using it everyday or with the lubricant I also want to carry a spare one, and inevitably I will need a dedicated bag for it. It will be psychologically painful if I forget the bag or have to use a toilet where water is not available.

Q6. Do you think that this device is effective for anal prolapse?

Yes, I think so. The power to push back anal prolapse is reliable.

■User review

I thought it was a good product after using it for three days.

The power to push back anal prolapse and the power to stay at where it is very strong.

When I first saw it, I was worried about its size and whether it will go in or not. But once I used the lubricant and put it in, it went in unexpectedly smoothly.

The product's ability has certainly improved compared to the previous one.

However, I see feces on the product when I pull it out, so it is necessary to find a toilet where I can use water to wash the product, and it was troublesome when I was outside.

After using it for several times, I started to think that I might not have to wash it since I will put it back in the anus, but I wanted to wash it when I thought about the hygiene aspect.

I think you need a bag to keep this product and the lubricant.

I never felt the product coming out of the anus expect for once, when I was running with my dog and maybe my muscles were loosened that the product was abut to come out and I got panicked.

There were no people so I managed to calm down and pushed the product back into the anus, but I thought you need to be careful in place with people around.

■User review

The shape has changed compared with the previous product.

There is no more string and I’m satisfied by how it fits into the buttocks.
I didn’t feel any pain or discomfort, and it didn’t bother me while I was sleeping.

Since it is necessary to take it out at the time of defecation, I think it is a little troublesome that you have to keep it on at all time.

I was stressed every time I went to the toilet because I was too embarrassed to go to the hospital, but I manage to get rid of stress when I use this.

Although I found the base part of the product is a bit long, I thought maybe this is because to prevent the device easily coming out of the anus

I think it is clear color to make it look clean, but I think you could also make have it in cute colors such as clear pink.
